Store Policies

Thank you for shopping at VoltHub Technologies. We want you to have the best possible shopping experience. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review our store policies below regarding shipping, returns, and exchanges.

1. Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Domestic Shipping Only: We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipment Tracking: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your home and garden treasures. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window: You have [30] days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at info@homeegardensteals.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on where and how to send your package.

Return Shipping Cost: [Choose one option: "Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs." OR "We provide prepaid return shipping labels, and a fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund." Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

3. Damages and Issues (Broken or Wrong Items)
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@homeegardensteals.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@v
olthubtechnologies.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to cancel or make changes to it. In that case, you will need to follow the standard return process after the package arrives.
